People Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Manager to join their team and support the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the People Ops team to maintain processes for talent acquisition, employee lifecycle, and professional development
• Oversee daily People operations, ensuring execution of policies, compliance, and company culture
• Support day-to-day administration of People programs, including onboarding and offboarding processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a People Operations and/or Human Resources role
• Solid understanding of HR best practices, including recruitment and compliance
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
• Proven track record of fostering a growth-oriented culture for employees
• Familiarity with HRIS, benefit administration, and ATS platforms
