Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service to insurance policyholders, agents, and lenders through inbound calls and electronic communications
- Assist in interpreting verbal and written communication to make appropriate decisions
- Engage in ongoing learning about the insurance industry and related skills
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Active Personal Lines P & C agent license preferred; license preparation available for qualified candidates
- Prior experience in an insurance agency or customer service is preferred
- Strong PC knowledge and keyboarding skills
- Access to a strong and stable internet connection with a separate, undisturbed workspace
- Flexibility in work hours is necessary
