Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Experience Representative to enhance customer relationships and manage insurance transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and build rapport with customers
  • Educate and advise customers on insurance coverage options and products
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and recommend improvements to internal tools and processes

Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in insurance
  • Personal Lines License or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
  • Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn about insurance products and technology
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
