Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Experience Representative to enhance customer relationships and manage insurance transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and build rapport with customers
- Educate and advise customers on insurance coverage options and products
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and recommend improvements to internal tools and processes
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in insurance
- Personal Lines License or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn about insurance products and technology
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
