Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Entry Technician to perform computer data entry of prescription orders and medical records.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact physician's office for refill authorization and verify orders with clients as needed
• Process new and refill prescriptions, ensuring eligibility and maintaining productivity standards
• Document correspondence, prepare audit sheets, and provide customer service support

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Pharmacy Technician license and Certification (CPhT) as per state requirements
• Long-term care pharmacy experience preferred
• Frameworks and Docutrack experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
