Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Tech Support Call Center Representative to provide assistance to patients and pharmacies remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field customer requests via telephone, email, or fax, providing initial support and problem resolution
  • Document resolutions and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate area
  • Recognize operational challenges and suggest recommendations to management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Pharmacy Technician experience required
  • HIPAA certification
  • Call center experience required (3+ years preferred)
  • Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
