Key Responsibilities:

• Identify Radiology Fellowship and Residency programs nationwide for future Radiologist openings
• Build relationships with program participants and manage consistent communication
• Strategize different ways to build physician talent pipelines and execute sourcing campaigns

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of physician sourcing and screening experience
• BS/BA preferred
• Radiology sourcing experience preferred
• Experience sourcing and screening resumes for a particular skill set or background
• Experience engaging and activating passive candidates
