Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plan Implementation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing and leading the implementation/conversion of complex, sensitive Third Party Administrators, PPA, and bundled new business/conversion plans
  • Coordinating the new business/conversion process with internal teams, sales, and administrators to ensure successful conversions
  • Interacting with advisory, plan sponsors, administrators, and funding providers to coordinate all activities within the new business/conversion experience

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with a concentration in business, marketing, finance, or related field
  • FINRA Series 6 license required
  • More than five years of experience in pension design, administration, record-keeping, or related financial services
  • Participation in professional development programs such as ASPPA, CEBS, or NIPA desirable
  • Knowledge in retirement plan funding platforms, ERISA fundamentals, and concepts
