Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plan Management Specialist to join their Plan Management Team.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to Service Now Tickets and email inquiries in a timely manner
Identify trends for training and implement updates in SharePoint Libraries
Provide real-time support to dental office staff regarding system and insurance inquiries

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Associate degree or 2+ years of experience in the dental field
Experience working at a Dental Support Organization (DSO) or with insurance payors
Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
Strong proficiency in computer applications including Service Now, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience as a subject matter expert on Insurance Verification Forms (IVF)
