Job Summary
A company is looking for a Policy Processing Supervisor responsible for overseeing the processing of insurance policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervises a team of policy processing specialists, providing guidance and conducting performance evaluations
- Reviews and approves insurance policy applications for accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Implements quality control measures and conducts audits of policy documents and transactions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Insurance Policy Operations and Customer Service
- Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Business Operations, Sales, or Business Administration
- Any related discipline or commensurate work experience may be considered
- Preferred certification: Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR)
