Job Summary
A company is looking for a Post Closing Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of post-closing and Government Insuring processes
- Perform key post-closing ancillary functions as determined by departmental needs
- Maintain knowledge of residential mortgage loan documentation and related processes
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of residential mortgage industry with emphasis on closing/post-closing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong basic knowledge of Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Demonstrated willingness to identify and implement process enhancements
- Ability to meet strict performance standards involving quality and quantity
