A company is looking for a Post-Closing Specialist to manage closing and post-closing tasks associated with the funding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Review investment closing requests for compliance and prepare closing documents
• Coordinate signing appointments with the title company and customers, and audit executed closing documents
• Prepare files for investor shipment and confirm necessary insurance prior to loan closing

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in closing, escrow, or funding related to loans
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy
• Excellent time management abilities
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
