A company is looking for a Post Implementation Administrator to assist with post-transaction issues in the life insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Track pending cases and communicate with advisors regarding missing requirements and documentation
• Monitor pending transactions and ensure adherence to service-level agreements
• Handle post-issue transactions, including changes, exchanges, and claims processing

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in the life insurance industry
• Experience in a post-processing environment, including payment processing
• Technical experience, preferably with JIRA
• Ability to provide backup call center support during peak times
• Active participation in video meetings and team projects
