Job Summary
A company is looking for a Portuguese Power BI Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Power BI and Azure database issues, primarily through support tickets
- Conduct root cause analysis and resolve customer-reported issues within defined service level agreements (SLAs)
- Collaborate with end users and engineering teams to troubleshoot and deescalate issues effectively
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship and fluency in Portuguese and English
- Minimum of 5 years experience with Power BI
- Minimum of 5 years experience with Azure Fundamentals
- Minimum of 5 years experience with Microsoft Fabric
- Experience in technical support projects and customer handling
