Practice Specialist II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice Specialist II to support the onboarding of acquired practices and manage Epic Change Management related to Ambulatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding processes for acquired practices, including assessments and project coordination
• Provide hands-on support for workflow and applications, promoting standardization and best practices
• Manage ambulatory onboarding projects, including communication and project management tasks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an ambulatory healthcare setting
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in practice acquisitions and EHR system implementations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Data analysis skills
