Principal Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, collaborating with Product Managers and stakeholders
• Assist in developing and executing test plans, supporting the software development lifecycle
• Analyze data to develop product recommendations and assess the impact of bugs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, accounting, or economics, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in business requirements analysis, including data searching and flow modeling
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and SAFE
• Experience with SQL Queries and user acceptance test plans
• Understanding of healthcare financial accounts and insurance, particularly related to Cards
