Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Business Architect (Non-Technical).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide internal consulting and change leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness
- Facilitate decision-making workshops with senior leaders across multiple departments
- Conduct analysis of business states and performance gaps, and contribute to enterprise business architecture models
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 8+ years of experience in a related field
- In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in a related field
- Experience in business consulting and strategy development
- Understanding of business architecture frameworks and industry-leading practices
