Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Business Process Consultant for ITx Workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process discovery and requirement workshops with customer stakeholders to identify and document business and functional requirements
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and platform sustainability
- Design and deliver tailored ServiceNow solution demonstrations that align with customer objectives and key performance indicators
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in ITx product implementation and process consulting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (5-10 years)
- 3+ years working with the ServiceNow platform on current releases
- 5+ years' experience in management consulting, process design, or product management
- ITIL certification preferred
