Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal, Contracts Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in operations, training, policy, and Contract Lifecycle Management System implementation
- Identify and implement strategic process improvements for proposal reviews, change management, and contract linkages
- Develop training objectives to enhance employee competencies and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 16 years of prior related experience is acceptable
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in contracts management and proposal development
- Demonstrated expertise in Government contracting and knowledge of related legal and regulatory requirements
- Proficient in MS Office
