Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal, Contracts Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership in operations, training, policy, and Contract Lifecycle Management System implementation
  • Identify and implement strategic process improvements for proposal reviews, change management, and contract linkages
  • Develop training objectives to enhance employee competencies and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 16 years of prior related experience is acceptable
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in contracts management and proposal development
  • Demonstrated expertise in Government contracting and knowledge of related legal and regulatory requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office
