Principal Project Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Project Manager - CCaaS to manage enterprise-level projects for their largest customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end CCaaS implementation projects, including stakeholder management and risk mitigation
- Work with CCaaS providers and ensure customer business requirements are met
- Provide project status reports and maintain alignment with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in CCaaS delivery or similar industry
- Strong project management experience with PMP and Scrum certifications preferred
- Experience with various CCaaS platforms (e.g., Twilio, Genesys)
- Hands-on experience with contact center operations and technology
- Experience leading global rollouts in multi-geo environments
