Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Service Designer and Journey Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Map persona-based journeys to identify important touchpoints and connections
  • Facilitate collaborative workshops and develop a network of collaborators across departments
  • Produce artifacts such as journey maps and service design blueprints, and co-develop a journey management framework
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in service design and research methods
  • Experience in leveraging data science for design recommendations and AI tools in the design process
  • 5+ years of experience using collaboration and design tools like Mural and Figma
  • 4+ years of experience with Journey Management tools such as TheyDo and Smaply
  • Practical experience with scaling journey management and informing business strategy using design methods
