Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer to lead software initiatives and mentor engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Software Architecture team to define and execute the technical roadmap
Champion exceptional code quality and robust application architecture for various applications
Mentor and train engineers to foster growth and uphold high standards of software development

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience with high-scale, high-performance web applications in a cloud environment
Expertise in web application architecture, scalability, and performance optimization
Proficiency with JavaScript (React), TypeScript, Next.js, CSS, and HTML
Familiarity with technologies such as Auth0, Material UI, and Azure DevOps
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
