Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Process Improvement to join their Provider Data team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cross-functional projects related to provider data issues, including analysis and stakeholder engagement
  • Develop proactive solution plans for data issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify trends in provider data issues and scale solutions using analytics to assess impact
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, and/or consulting
  • 2+ years of experience using SQL and Excel
  • 2+ years of end-to-end project management experience
  • 2+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
