Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to join their Staffing Platform team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the strategy and roadmap for staffing platform products
• Conduct market research to identify trends and analyze competition
• Manage the product launch process and ensure successful adoption by users

Required Qualifications

• BS preferred in a relevant field (e.g. business, engineering, computer science)
• 5+ years of experience in a product management-type role
• Expertise in customer needs and creating value in product areas
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Experience in a high-growth, highly matrixed environment
