Product Manager - Content Moderation
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Manager-Content Moderation to lead content moderation and user reporting tooling for the Community Health organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a customer-focused product strategy and vision for community health
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute a product roadmap
- Monitor key performance indicators and analyze metrics to measure impact and drive optimization
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of work experience as a Product Manager, with experience in consumer products
- Proven track record of launching products in the Trust and Safety or Enterprise SaaS space
- Experience developing and setting metrics for product success
- Comfortable with ambiguous technical problems and working closely with engineering teams
- Experience drawing insights from ambiguous data
