Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Manager - Health Plan Business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate product strategy, roadmap, and vision based on customer needs and market research
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define success metrics, and manage product development processes
- Ensure product adoption and identify future enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, or Finance; equivalent experience accepted
- Demonstrated success in bringing new software products or services to market
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile framework
- Strong business acumen and ability to devise technical solutions for business problems
- Preferred: Product Management/Agile Certification and experience in the Benefits & Administrative Services Industry
