Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, New Product & Program Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day project management of new product and program launches, including product design and development
• Provide market needs and business requirements to ensure timely and budget-compliant launches
• Monitor product performance and recommend modifications or enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of project management or new product development experience, preferably in healthcare
• Experience in a matrix environment
• PMP Certification preferred
