Product Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Security Engineer to enhance security measures and protect assets from cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to integrate security into the development lifecycle
• Perform threat modeling and security reviews to identify risks and vulnerabilities
• Participate in security incident response, including investigation and post-mortem analysis

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in security operations, security engineering, or DevSecOps
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Go, Python) and secure coding practices
• Experience with API security and cloud security (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS)
• Strong understanding of container security (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)
• Familiarity with security tools and knowledge of common security vulnerabilities
