Product Surveillance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Surveillance Specialist (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Completes customer complaint documentation accurately and timely
• Evaluates complaints for necessary investigations and regulatory reporting
• Develops and analyzes trend reports and communicates results with internal departments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field
• Excellent statistical analysis and data mining skills
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency
• Experience in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Quality Assurance in medical devices is preferred
• Minitab and advanced Excel skills are desirable
