Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Services Account Manager who will promote and sell professional and managed services to clients while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct discovery meetings to define the scope of professional services engagements
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process for professional services, including contract negotiation
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client services sales, ensuring alignment with business needs
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a Technical Account Management, Solutions Consulting, or Professional Services role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Strong experience with Salesforce for managing service requests
  • Proven ability to create and manage Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Technical knowledge of contact center solutions or related enterprise software is a plus
