Program Analyst with Top Secret Clearance
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Analyst Principal to manage and evolve navigation systems within a complex IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor project cost, schedule, and performance of major Department of Navy and Department of Defense projects/programs
- Coordinate with customers to manage expectations and ensure timely delivery of systems and products
- Oversee all aspects of contract performance, including implementation, program Life-Cycle Support, and technical assistance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Physical Sciences, or Business
- 10 to 15 years of program management experience supporting Navy Electronics Systems
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense (DoD) procurement policies
- Top Secret clearance required; must be able to obtain TS/SCI
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Microsoft products
