Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Director, Marketplace Contracting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Marketplace provider contracting process for assigned regions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with health plan markets
• Identify and manage initiatives to improve medical cost and quality

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 7-9 years of healthcare provider contracting and strategy experience
• Experience with contract management software and negotiation techniques
• Preferred: Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Preferred: CPHQ certification
