Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Director, Provider Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead the administration of provider compensation programs aligned with organizational goals
• Review complex hospital subsidy arrangements and agreements for Fair Market Value and Commercial Reasonableness
• Provide consultative services to senior leadership and manage the integrity of compensation-related data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, accounting, business, legal, or related field
• Seven years of progressively responsible experience in compensation, finance, or related projects
• Strong business case development and analytical skills
• Proficiency in personal software applications, including spreadsheets and presentations
• Executive presence with strong project management and facilitation skills
