Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Community Program Manager to oversee project planning and execution for the Workplace Health & Safety Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and report on project performance, key metrics, and improvements through various communication methods
- Scope, validate, and establish project initiatives and plans to address stakeholder challenges
- Facilitate weekly alignment meetings and manage project execution, including risk mitigation and vendor coordination
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Business, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in complex program management and implementation
- Experience leading large-scale projects and interacting with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office
