Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program and Implementation Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact projects to enhance operational workflows and customer experience across solar programs
- Facilitate collaboration among product, operations, and engineering teams to ensure project clarity and execution
- Identify process inefficiencies and develop actionable recommendations based on data analysis
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
- 3-5+ years of experience in product management, project management, or operational strategy, preferably in solar or energy sectors
- Proven success in developing and scaling new products or programs from concept to execution
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and customer care
