Job Summary

A company is looking for an Owners Rep Project Manager to manage construction projects remotely across various locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for construction projects, including planning, design, and closeout
• Work directly with clients to prepare project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, and schedules
• Implement project documentation governance and ensure data integrity and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education considered
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to analyze multiple sources of information and exercise judgment
• Strong organizational skills and advanced math skills for financial calculations
