Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Manager for Service Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer data management challenges and maintain project scope, timelines, and financials
- Lead and mentor project team members in implementing and configuring solutions
- Serve as the primary customer liaison, managing communication between stakeholders and tracking project status
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally with Salesforce or CRM solutions in relevant sectors
- Proven track record in leading global system implementation programs
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and deliver high satisfaction
- Experience in a dynamic environment, with a logical approach to problem-solving
- Experience with SaaS/Cloud and customer-facing roles is preferred
