Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager, Space Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Space project initiatives, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
• Develop and implement transition management strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of transition initiatives through feedback and key performance indicators

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a global role
• Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus
• Strong understanding of project management frameworks such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile
• Experience leading large-scale change and project management initiatives
