Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to support customers and agents with insurance inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with legal requirements
  • Respond to inquiries related to insurance matters and resolve moderately complex issues
  • Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues for further resolution

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Intermediate computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Property and Casualty license may be required, with licensing exam to be obtained within designated attempts
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
