Property & Casualty Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Representative - Property & Casualty.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strong knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance products, services, and policies
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Ensure a great customer experience while adhering to company and state regulations

Required Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• 2+ years of customer service/business/sales experience preferred
• Experience in the Insurance or Finance industry is helpful
• Must complete the Service Representative Trainee Program and obtain necessary licenses within 12 months
• Internet speed of at least 10 mb/s download and 1 mb/s upload required
