- Identify, source, and direct development activities to meet business needs

- Provide project leadership and assist in financing and contract negotiations
Required Qualifications
- Technical/Professional degree in engineering, construction management, real estate, finance, business, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant development and real estate experience
- Typical business office work environment
- High School Graduate or equivalent educational background
