Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the proposal process for assigned projects
  • Write key sections of proposals and assemble content into cohesive documents
  • Assist in monitoring procurement sites for bid opportunities and summarizing key information

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years' relevant experience in a professional services firm
  • 2+ years' experience managing public sector proposals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong time management and project management skills
