Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager, Proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance and development of the global RFI repository and manage completion of received RFIs
• Coordinate with internal teams to compile required content for RFI documents and support proposal development
• Negotiate pricing and timelines with external clinical units and third-party service providers for RFP requirements

Required Qualifications

• College degree or Bachelor's degree in science or related discipline; relevant experience may be considered
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Understanding of clinical services related to research projects
