Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to contracted network providers to maintain the integrity of their demographic records
• Manage multiple providers and locations within a single call, processing extensive data points accurately
• Document interactions and results clearly, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of experience in a call center environment, with a focus on healthcare or medical insurance
• Comprehensive knowledge of medical and claim terminology
• Proficiency in utilizing relevant software, including outbound dialers and Microsoft Excel
• Possession of any required licensures or professional certifications as applicable
