Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a business-related environment
• Demonstrated technical aptitude of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proven ability to assess workload and make recommendations for efficiency improvements
