Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Services Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and manage a team of colleagues, monitor team outcomes, and track operational KPIs
  • Lead team huddles, drive engagement, and promote an inclusive culture
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and ensure compliance with laws and regulations

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience in a fast-paced operations or customer service environment
  • 1+ year of direct people management experience
  • 1+ years of experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Lean Six Sigma or Process Improvement certification (preferred)
