Job Summary
A company is looking for a Psychometrician (REMOTE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing psychometric analyses and research using R for actual and simulated data, mostly CTT with some IRT
- Identifying and implementing psychometric methodologies to support custom reporting, new products, and research
- Preparing technical materials and creating reports that communicate statistical findings
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent coding skills using R for analyses and simulations (Proficiency in Python and Tableau is advantageous)
- Background in test development, particularly with experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models, and Item Generation
- Advanced education in psychometrics, measurement, educational statistics, or a related field or higher
- Proficiency with MS Office suite with an emphasis on Excel for data analytics
- Interest in working in a dynamic, international, and agile environment
