Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, QA Automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Software Engineers in Test (SEiTs) in designing and maintaining automated testing frameworks
- Oversee the architecture of test frameworks and performance testing practices
- Develop and implement a strategy for an automation-first testing approach and assist in process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on software quality assurance testing experience, preferably with web and mobile applications
- Experience with Selenium, Playwright, C#, TypeScript, and performance testing using JMeter
- Experience managing and mentoring Software Engineers in Test (SEiTs)
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools such as Bamboo and GitLabs
- BS in Computer Science or related engineering field preferred, or strong relevant work experience
