Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Analyst 3 to monitor and evaluate the quality of work against established standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate work quality based on timeliness, accuracy, and productivity standards
• Document quality issues and performance measures for management review
• Assist in providing feedback and training for employees while ensuring compliance with standards and guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Typically three or more years of experience in quality analysis and measurement activities
• Thorough knowledge of products and services applicable to the assigned area
• Strong knowledge of computer systems used in the assigned area
• Bachelor's degree preferred
