Quality Program Strategist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Program Strategist to plan, organize, and monitor quality-related projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support enterprise-wide quality initiatives by analyzing quality metrics and recommending improvements
- Create quality risk assessments and develop processes to achieve quality metrics for health plans
- Utilize Lean 6 Sigma methodologies to identify and resolve issues with priority metrics
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or a related clinical field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of clinical experience or managed care
- Health insurance experience required; 1+ year of quality experience preferred
- Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker preferred; CPHQ preferred
