Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Program Strategist II to oversee quality improvement programs and analyze market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations for HEDIS gap closure and assess potential pilot programs for quality performance goals
- Leverage data analysis to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for performance improvements
- Develop support resources and tools for HEDIS, CAHPS, and/or HOS to enhance member and provider experiences
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 4+ years of clinical experience in managed care or health insurance required; 2+ years of quality experience preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred
- CPHQ certification preferred
- Must reside in EST or CT time zones
